West Side Colorado Springs
The largely unincorporated areas on West Side Colorado Springs still offer homebuyers a largely unspoiled place to live. The communities of Cascade, Chipita Park, Divide, Green Mountain Falls and Woodland Park lie some 15 miles west of Colorado Springs. Residents in the area are attracted to the tranquility and beauty of the mountain settings. Colorado Springs is accessible via Highway 24, which connects with I-25, the main north-south freeway. And there’s plenty to do, from hiking and camping to mountain biking and horseback riding through the Ute Pass area, which soars 8,600 to 9,200 feet above sea level.
